DevOps Engineer with Security Clearance

About the role

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a security clearance to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab
• Manage and optimize virtual machines and containers across multiple cloud providers
• Implement and enforce security policies and controls to protect data and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, network engineers, and security analysts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of Linux and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools
• Security clearance required
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
