About the role
Wyetech, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer with a security clearance to join their team in Fort Meade, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure deployment and management
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Perform regular security assessments and implement necessary controls
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Git
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration tools
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools
