What to Expect

In this role you will:

• Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
• Debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
• Support application deployments across development and test environments
• Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
• Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps

What Will Make You Successful

We are seeking professionals with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• The ability to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobs with CloudBees.

Pay

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $82,361.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $152,955.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
