About the role
The opportunity is for a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team based in our Canton, MA; Boston, MA or Farmington, CT offices on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Support containerized application builds using Docker
- Deploy applications to Kubernetes using standardized deployment patterns such as Helm
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline and deployment issues across environments
- Partner with application teams to onboard services to shared pipelines
- Apply established security, identity, and configuration standards
- Contribute to documentation, patterns, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Networking fundamentals of troubleshooting delivery issues
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Git and source control practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields, or equivalent work experience required
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or automation-focused roles
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
- Familiarity with AKS or another managed Kubernetes service
- Familiarity with Java, .NET, or modern front-end applications (e.g., React)
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing insurance coverage that’s aligned to targeted customer groups
Skills
- Strong understanding of Git and source control practices
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
- Familiarity with AKS or another managed Kubernetes service
- Experience with Java, .NET, or modern front-end applications (e.g., React)

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is: $86,000 - $121,000 based on the factors aforementioned.
