We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission statement, description of company, then "The kind of people we look for:" etc. Then "Summary: The DevOps Engineer is critical..." Then "What This Role Does:" bullet list. Then "What You Will Bring:" bullet list. Then "Physical Demands:" etc. Then "Work Environment:" etc. Then "Compensation:" etc. Then other boilerplate to remove: EEO, disclaimer, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: could be the mission statement and company description? Or "Summary:" maybe considered About the role. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role heading with description of role and company. - Responsibilities: from "What This Role Does:" bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: from "What You Will Bring:" includes education, experience, technical skills, soft skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (technical). But we can combine into Requirements section. - Benefits: not given explicitly except mention of benefits program link; no specifics. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only says "For details on our comprehensive benefits program, visit ..." No specifics, so we should not create Benefits. - Pay: we have compensation range "$120,000 - $130,000 plus 5% bonus plan". So we can create Pay section with that. - Schedule: we have "Work Environment: 100% Remote". Also "Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed." Also "Demonstrates willingness to shift working hours as needed to support global teams". So we can create Schedule section with remote and flexible hours. - Also Physical Demands: maybe not a standard heading; we could include under Requirements? But we have no heading for Physical Demands in allowed list. Could we include as a

under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings only from list; we can still include paragraphs not under headings. So we can include Physical Demands as a paragraph after Requirements maybe. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, application instructions, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Physical Demands: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act..." that's boilerplate but also includes actual physical demands specifics (sitting, standing, walking 70%, keyboarding 70%, viewing monitor 70%). That is substantive; we should keep the specifics but remove the ADA boilerplate sentence? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The ADA statement is legal boilerplate; we can remove that sentence but keep the list of physical demands. So we can keep "Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: Sitting, standing, and walking (70%) Keyboarding (70%) Viewing computer monitor, tablet, and cell phone requiring close vision (70%)". Also maybe keep "Work Environment: 100% Remote: Work environment is at home." We also have "Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 plus 5% bonus plan determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs." Keep that. We have "For details on our comprehensive benefits program, visit www.clearcaptions.com/careers to explore our total rewards package." That's not specific benefits; we should not create Benefits section. Could we include a short paragraph under About the role? Probably not needed; we can omit as it's just a link to benefits without detail. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. This is a pointer to benefits but no detail; is it substantive? It's a referral; maybe we can keep as a paragraph under About the role? But it's not a benefit detail. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO etc. It's a link to benefits. Could keep as a paragraph under About the role? However, the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. We also have "Intrigued to learn more? When you apply for this role, your information will be personally reviewed by our talent acquisition team (not by a robot). You can expect to hear back from us if we think there could be a fit and what next steps look like." That's application instructions; remove. Also "ClearCaptions is an equal opportunity employer..." remove EEO. Also "Disclaimer: The above information..." remove. Also "ClearCaptions does not offer sponsorship for work authorization." That's maybe legal; remove? It's about work authorization; could be considered legal boilerplate. Probably remove. Also "Protecting Your Candidate Experience..." remove. Thus we keep: company mission/intro, "The kind of people we look for:" bullet list? Actually that is a list of traits: "Versatile people who thrive on variety and challenge Excited about working in a fast-paced environment. Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture. Takes initiative, pushes boundaries, motivated to innovate. Individuals with a growth mindset who want to use their learning and relationship-building skills. Align with our company core values: Integrity, Accountability, Collaboration, Service and Quality." That's substantive; we could include under About the role or a separate section like "Who you are". But allowed headings limited; we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. Then "Summary: The DevOps Engineer is critical..." That's also about role. Thus About the role section can contain mission, company description, kind of people, summary. Then Responsibilities: from "What This Role Does:" bullet list. Then Requirements: from "What You Will Bring:" bullet list (education, experience, skills). Could also include Physical Demands as a paragraph after Requirements. Then Pay: compensation. Then Schedule: Work environment remote, flexible hours. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:
