Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team
- Deploy and maintain the DevOps infrastructure for mission critical applications
- Collaborate with other architects, technical leads, software developers and testers and stakeholders within Agile processes
- Continue the automation of the software build, configurations, and deployment processes
- Install, configure and maintain all tools needed to accomplish DevOps functions
- Administer, configure, and maintain application stack (Spring Boot, Database, Kubernetes cluster, etc.)
- Work on database automation
- Avoid working off hours for support and deployments if possible
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline
- Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree plus 7+ years related experience
- Prior experience with continuous integration (Bamboo, Jenkins, Harness), Kubernetes, Istio, API Gateway and GitLab
- Experience working across multiple cloud providers such as AWS and/or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and a self-starter
- Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Exposure to certificate management for issuing, renewing, and deploying certificates to endpoints
