Our innovative solutions support medical professionals worldwide in improving patient outcomes through precise and efficient diagnostic tools. Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we have established a reputation for excellence and innovation, consistently ranked as one of the top workplaces in the region, having been named in the Albuquerque Journal's "Top Places to Work" for five consecutive years. Our commitment to employee well-being is reflected in our comprehensive benefits package, which includes fully paid medical insurance, annual bonus potential, and a fully vested 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

  • Familiarity with AI and AI coding assistants and their application in development workflows.
  • Experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems, including system administration tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.

Nice To Have

  • Five (5) or more years of professional DevOps experience.
  • Extensive experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and multi-pipeline orchestration.
  • Knowledge of WiXSharp/WiX installers, package management, and .NET build tooling (MSBuild, dotnet CLI, NuGet).
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide build environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
  • Current residence in New Mexico is preferred; consideration for remote candidates outside New Mexico will be given after August 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, improve, and modernize the Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead the migration of existing CI/CD infrastructure from on-premise servers to AWS cloud services.
  • Manage build servers, container images, and related infrastructure components to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Diagnose and resolve build, deployment, and upgrade issues across the CI/CD pipeline and at client sites.
  • Integrate static code analysis tools, cybersecurity vulnerability scans, code signing, SBOM generation, automated testing, and stakeholder notifications into pipelines.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain Software Quality Assurance test environments, ensuring stability and security.
  • Deploy Indica Labs software into QA environments and troubleshoot environment-related issues for the SQA team.
  • Collaborate with development teams, SQA, Cloud Services, and Technical Solutions to align on best practices and internal standards.
  • Contribute to development tasks and automation efforts where capacity allows.

Benefits

  • 100% paid medical insurance for employees.
  • Annual bonus potential based on performance and company success.
  • Fully vested 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a leading healthcare technology company.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote options for qualified candidates outside of Albuquerque.
