About The Role
The role owns the reliability, scalability, and security of high-throughput production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal cloud resource utilization across global infrastructure. The engineering team partners closely with product and backend developers to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and maintain rigorous observability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and manage immutable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible across AWS and Kubernetes environments
- Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI to ensure rapid and safe releases
- Implement comprehensive observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog for real-time monitoring, metric collection, and alerting
- Drive incident response operations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures to systematically improve system resilience
- Enforce security best practices, manage IAM policies, conduct vulnerability scans, and maintain compliance standards across all environments
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or systems administration within cloud-native environments
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes orchestration at production scale
- Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go
- Bonus: Experience with service mesh architectures, eBPF, and chaos engineering practices
