About the role
Booz Allen is seeking a DevOps engineer with expertise in AIOps, ML Ops, model ops, and data ops to develop tools and improve operational data for the Army.
Responsibilities
- Streamline IT operations to enhance platform productivity and support mission-critical operations
- Automate operational workflows and design a secure, cloud-based communications network
- Develop and improve continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues with CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins
- Add testing and security scans to pipelines
- Collaborate with AI systems architecture, ML platforms, and MLflow
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks for monitoring and optimization
- Experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms and tools, and configuration management tools
- TS/SCI clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in DevOps, or 5+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
- IASE II certificate such as CASP+, CISSP, or CSSLP
Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
