About the role
As a DevOps engineer, you will develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs and utilizes cloud capabilities. Your responsibilities include developing enterprise cloud-native solutions, supporting strategy and design, and recommending resources for client environment improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support code deployments to a cloud environment
- Develop enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure
- Work with your team to inform strategy and design
- Ensure standards are met throughout the containerization process
- Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers
- Gain DevOps skills and experience while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting code deployments to a cloud environment
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions
- Experience working with Windows OS or Linux
- Knowledge of developing, managing, and securing containers
- Secret clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within the first 30 days of start date
Skills
- Experience working with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kubernetes (ELK) stacks
- Experience with creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes
- Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
