Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with device and equipment setups
- Unbox laptops and monitors
- Troubleshoot and install hardware/software
- Connect VDIs and talking stations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or equivalent industry experience
- Open to entry-level computer science graduates
- 0–1 year experience with IT setup and desktop setups
- Adept with computer installations, operating systems, Windows 10, hardware support and maintenance
- Provide technical support to end users
- Self-starter with strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
