Developmental Specialist

About the role

Join us at the May Center for Adult Services Day Habilitation in Randolph, MA, or Raynham, MA, as a Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) and make a meaningful impact every day!

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development.
• Implement behavioral support plans and track progress.
• Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining.
• Provide safe transportation for community outings.
• Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Behavioral experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with two years of experience is preferred.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
