About the role

The Sr Technical Lead (TL) is an expert who provides technical leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services. The position is responsible for providing technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects to ensure that solutions align with the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements as well as with best practices, architecture guidelines, and security and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
  • Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
  • Systems development and support
  • Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
  • Best practices design and development
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects
  • Project planning and estimation
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 8 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in a healthcare IT environment. Experience with Agile methodologies, data integration, and compliance regulations is highly desirable. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Skills

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, proficiency in programming languages, experience with data integration tools, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in a healthcare IT environment is preferred.

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

Schedule

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
