Our Real Estate Course will equip you with the essential knowledge in land assessment, zoning regulations and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate development projects from inception to completion
- Assess and analyze land suitability for development
- Interpret zoning laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Qualifications
- Earn a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from Property Training Australia
- Pass all modules and assessments as outlined in the PROSPER framework
- Receive a Statement of Attainment or full qualification certificate upon completion
- Lodge your Statement of Attainment with the relevant licensing authority to obtain your real estate licence
