Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate development projects from inception to completion
• Assess and analyze land suitability for development
• Interpret zoning laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Qualifications

• Earn a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from Property Training Australia
• Pass all modules and assessments as outlined in the PROSPER framework
• Receive a Statement of Attainment or full qualification certificate upon completion
• Lodge your Statement of Attainment with the relevant licensing authority to obtain your real estate licence
