About the role

This hands-on role works alongside our Development and Property Managers.

Responsibilities

• Residential lot development
• Construction projects & field inspections
• Commercial property management
• Management of 900+ acres held for future development
• Coordination with homebuilders, contractors, engineers, vendors & tenants
• Project schedules, budgets, inspections & documentation

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator and problem solver
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Ready to spend time in the field, not just behind a desk
• Experienced in real estate, construction, development, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of progressive real estate experience preferred
