About the role
Tykes & Teens is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events
- Manage donor data and communications
- Support marketing and social media efforts
- Ensure accurate donor stewardship
- Help advance Tykes & Teens' mission by strengthening donor relationships, expanding community awareness, and supporting philanthropic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Attention to Detail
- Initiative and accountability
- Collaborative Team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for non-profit mission-driven work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, event planning or nonprofit administration
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred
