Development Project Manager (DC Construction Onsite Permian Basin Region)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring updated budgets and schedules
• Communicate monthly program updates at executive levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design master development programs
• Oversee entitlement and permitting for site projects
• Implement multi-phased development plans aligning with quality and budget standards
• Draft scopes of work and participate in procurement processes
• Evaluate pricing proposals from contractors and negotiate as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in commercial construction management
• Familiarity with Lump Sum, CM @ Risk, and Design Build delivery methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to be onsite daily in West TX and travel up to 50% of the time
