Development Project Manager

About the role

Development Project Manager at RTC is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of development projects, from concept to production. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with account managers and clients to understand business needs and expectations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing technical queries.
• Lead prototype review meetings and document changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage resources effectively.
• Communicate deadlines and project updates to all relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and monitor project progress.
• Resolve project issues promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with production project managers to facilitate a smooth transition from development to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and interacting with customers and clients.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Smartsheet.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $61,746-93,854, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand.
