About the role
St. David's Developmental and Therapeutic Services is seeking a Development Operations Manager to strengthen the systems, processes, and campaigns that support a growing philanthropy program. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position serves as a key operational partner responsible for managing development data systems, strengthening donor engagement infrastructure, and executing annual giving initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fundraising strategy, project management, data, and relationship stewardship. The successful candidate will bring strong nonprofit development experience and the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating closely with development, communications, finance, and program teams.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent amount of training and hands-on experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position.
Experience
- 5+ years of nonprofit development experience, preferably with experience in annual giving, development operations, donor communications, or advancement services.
- Experience with donor databases and CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing fundraising projects from planning through completion.
Pay
The pay range for this full-time position is $65,100–$79,700 a year, depending on qualifications (e.g., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately.
