Development Operations Analyst
About the role
Join as a Development Operations Analyst at Epicor, a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Your role involves designing, automating, and testing application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments, monitoring metrics, and collaborating with peers for feedback during testing stages.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
- Maintain and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
- Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
- Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
- Improve infrastructure and application development.
- Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
- Aid support team managing production escalations.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
- Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
