Development Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and test application and infrastructure code deployments across all environments.
• Monitor metrics and consult with peers for feedback during testing stages.
• Build, maintain, and monitor application and infrastructure configuration standards.
• Manage day-to-day administration of projects and CI/CD tools with the team.
• Document and design various processes, updating existing ones as needed.
• Improve infrastructure and application development.
• Follow all best practices and procedures established by the company.
• Aid support team managing production escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain basic work and project records.
• Strong debugging skills and basic scripting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• This position requires access to customer information subject to U.S. export-control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Pay

Range Minimum: $82,000 USD Maximum: $131,000 USD. The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
