Development Manager - Remote US

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development team to deliver new features for the core product
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through oversight of technical designs and production support
• Guide evaluations of new tools and approaches to improve product capabilities and development efficiency
• Provide technical leadership through architecture input, code reviews, and coaching
• Mentor direct reports with regular feedback and career development support
• Plan, prioritize, and remove obstacles for the team to meet delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years in an AVP level role
• 7+ years in software development, ideally with practical managerial experience
• Expert proficiency in C# and SQL with a strong grasp of database design
• Experience with .NET Framework, microservices, and AWS cloud environments
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Cursor
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies

Pay

$130,000 – $175,000 annually
