An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Ownership Lead to join a highly respected, vertically integrated real estate investment and development organisation. This role sits at the intersection of construction delivery, development, capital management, and operational execution, providing ownership-side leadership on large-scale residential development projects from construction commencement through completion and asset handover.

Responsibilities
- Act as the owner's representative from Notice to Proceed through construction completion, closeout, and operational handover.
- Provide governance and oversight of project budgets, schedules, risk management, and contractor performance.
- Lead the review and validation of change orders, design modifications, RFIs, and construction-related decision making.
- Manage owner-side construction administration, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee construction funding draw requests, lender reporting requirements, and capital partner communications.
- Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and third-party consultants to support successful project delivery.
- Lead project closeout activities, turnover processes, warranty administration, and operational readiness initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline.
