Role Overview The Development Manager provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise for applications supporting Patient Experience and Digital Health initiatives. This player-coach role emphasizes solution design, engineering excellence, and team mentorship. The candidate partners with architects, product teams, and engineers to define technical strategies, guide development, and ensure best practices.
