Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects
  • Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and follow-up efforts
  • Develop individualized donor engagement strategies and moves-management plans
  • Partner with leadership and board members on donor outreach and fundraising initiatives
  • Track donor activity, pipeline progression, and fundraising efforts within CRM systems
  • Support multi-year giving strategies, donor upgrades, and long-term retention efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of fundraising, donor relations, advancement, sales, or high-touch relationship management experience
  • Experience managing donor portfolios, client relationships, or consultative outreach efforts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and donor databases strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with donor-facing meetings, events, and strategic outreach
  • Able to work occasional evenings/weekends tied to events and donor activities
