All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the quality of life for older adults across Los Angeles County. We provide medical care, in-home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.
Role Overview
As Development & Fundraising Manager, you will design and execute the major-donor strategy that sustains and grows All Seniors Foundation. You will own donor relationships, cultivation events, annual giving campaigns, and the planned-giving pipeline. You will spend your time in three modes: donor meetings (in-person and virtual), event planning, and back-office stewardship. The role rewards organization, warmth, and the ability to translate complex programs into stories donors connect with emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of 80–120 major-gift prospects (individuals, family foundations, corporate partners)
- Lead the annual giving campaign including direct mail, email, and digital appeals
- Plan and execute donor cultivation events including site visits, salons, and the annual gala
- Steward existing major donors with personalized touchpoints, impact reports, and gratitude communications
- Develop planned-giving and legacy-giving programs to grow long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with the Grant Writer and Marketing team to align messaging across fundraising channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years fundraising or major-gifts experience with measurable revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable building relationships with high-net-worth donors
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Raisers Edge, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field
- CFRE certification a plus
