Development/Fundraising Coordinator

About the role

Join Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization aiming to provide access to decent, affordable housing for hard-working families. We are seeking a Development/Fundraising Coordinator to manage our CRM database, Charityproud, and oversee donor management, fundraising campaigns, special events, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM database, Charityproud.
• Cultivate, qualify, and apply for grants.
• Coordinate and support special events.
• Support marketing and communications efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Two years of experience in an office environment.
• One year of fundraising experience.
• Excellent communication skills and judgment with confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with donor databases.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and design/marketing software (Canva, MailChimp) a plus.
• Strong customer service ethic.

Qualifications

• Background in fundraising.
• Detail-oriented and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with non-profit operations.
• Experience with database management and grant applications.
• Experience in marketing, communications, and social media a plus.

Benefits

Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour.
Benefits: Partial employer-paid health insurance, paid sick leave, and twelve paid holidays.
Vacation: Two weeks of vacation annually.

Schedule

Fulltime in-office position, Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., with some work outside normal business hours for special events.
