About the role

The Development Coordinator is responsible for managing fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and event planning for a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit fundraising and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising activities
  • Prepare and present reports on fundraising progress and outcomes
  • Oversee grant writing and proposal development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or nonprofit management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
