About the role
The Development Coordinator is responsible for managing fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and event planning for a nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit fundraising and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising activities
- Prepare and present reports on fundraising progress and outcomes
- Oversee grant writing and proposal development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or nonprofit management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
