Development Engineering Technician - B Shift

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Development Engineers during days and weekends when ATS material requires attention, helping keep experiments and development activities on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Aid in the evaluation and disposition of non-conforming material in partnership with engineering teams to maintain development flow and minimize delays.
- Execute engineering experiments.
- Build broad fab expertise.
- Create and improve technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance process quality in collaboration with operations and engineering teams.
- Grow your independence.
- Support team objectives.
Requirements
- 2 years experience with an AAS degree or 4 years experience without a degree.
- Must have technician experience in a semiconductor fab or relevant cleanroom/manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processing in at least one area: Photo, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, or Implant/RTA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Ability to work B Shift (Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6:00 PM–6:15 AM).
- U.S. Citizen Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some coursework in OR a recent engineering graduate (BS) with coursework or internships related to semiconductors, materials, physics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience writing or updating engineering specs, RSC documents, or work instructions.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) or basic data analysis.
