We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule etc. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: description of role: "Continental Properties is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Real Estate Development Director. As a key leader within a cross-functional project team, you will drive the execution of due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and risk analysis of new multifamily development projects with an estimated cost of approximately $70 million. You’ll lead efforts to obtain and evaluate critical due diligence materials, spearhead negotiations with municipalities for required approvals, and cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders such as land use attorneys, civil engineers and architects to ensure alignment and momentum across multiple projects at various stages of the development lifecycle. This role reports directly to the Senior Development Director and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on high-profile initiatives. We embrace a hybrid working environment and once effectively onboarded, you may elect to work outside of the home office up to two (2) days per week. (relocation assistance provided)" We need to remove boilerplate: relocation assistance maybe keep? It's not boilerplate; it's a benefit? Could be part of Benefits? It's a specific mention: relocation assistance provided. Could be included under Benefits. Then "Essential Responsibilities" heading: list bullet points. Then "Skills For Success": bullet list. Then "Why You'll Love Life At Continental": includes many benefits and culture. We need to extract Benefits section: includes Career Growth, Mental Health & Wellness, Balance, Community & Connection, Culture of Belonging, Performance Incentives, Industry-Leading Benefits, Family Support. Also mention equal opportunity etc which is boilerplate to remove. Also mention post-offer criminal background check (maybe boilerplate? It's a requirement but could be considered a condition; but it's likely boilerplate; we should remove as it's generic legal). Also mention "We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices..." then salary range. We need Pay section: Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 annually. Also mention that final compensation based on factors etc. That's pay info. Schedule: hybrid working environment, up to two days per week outside home office. That's schedule info. We'll put those in

    • . Skills For Success: bullet list: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering, Business or related field required - At least 5+ of related project management experience and an understanding of entitlements and due diligence process required - Deep expertise in zoning codes, municipal approval processes, and real estate terminology, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and advise cross-functional teams - Understanding of environmental issues including wetlands and floodplains - Excellent public/one-on-one presentations, persuasion, and negotiation skills Note: "At least 5+ of related project management experience" seems awkward but we keep as is. Benefits: from "Why You'll Love Life At Continental". We need to extract each benefit bullet? It's in paragraphs with headings like Career Growth:, Mental Health & Wellness:, Balance:, Community & Connection:, Culture of Belonging:, Performance Incentives:, Industry-Leading Benefits:, Family Support:. We'll treat each as a list item under Benefits. Let's capture each: Career Growth: You'll have the tools, training, and opportunities for a meaningful career with long-term growth potential. We invest in your learning & development with paid professional memberships, certifications, and tuition reimbursement. Mental Health & Wellness: Your well-being matters. Also mention that final compensation based on factors etc. That's substantive. We'll include that in a

. Schedule: hybrid working environment, up to two days per week outside home office. Also mention relocation assistance? Already in benefits. We'll put schedule in a

. Now ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

headings. Order: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements? Actually we have Skills For Success (which could be Requirements or Skills). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Skills (Skills For Success), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We don't have separate Requirements or Qualifications; we could combine Skills as Requirements? But better to follow headings that match content: we have Skills For Success, we can use

      Skills

. Could also use Requirements but we have skills. We'll use Skills. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's craft:
