About the role
This office-based position with a hybrid schedule is located in Irving, TX. We have a fast-paced sales-type environment, with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission through our Gala fundraising campaign, including our Côtes du Coeur, premier fine wine and food event. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay, based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.
Responsibilities
- Drive, oversee, and implement Auction and Wine Auction Committees while developing relationships with key volunteers, sponsors, private wine donors, and community leaders.
- Generate revenue and lead volunteer management for the Dallas Côtes du Coeur Gala.
- Create a 12-month calendar to achieve procurement goals, working with the team on each milestone.
- Solicit and build out exciting high-end live and silent auction packages to increase revenue growth.
- Provide and complete concierge service for auction winners throughout the year.
- Handle and run all logistics for the auction leading up to, during, and post-event.
- Read, comprehend, and analyze number goals, as well as fundraising reports.
- Conduct sales calls to generate new business and steward existing company partnerships.
- Coordinate an auction preview event prior to the Gala.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- University/College degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type experience.
- Ability to travel locally approximately 75%; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis.
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving.
- Basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-suite level.
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks.
