DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - COLLEGE OF MEDICINE

About the role

The Development Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Advancement and is responsible for alumni and donor engagement for the OU College of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Supports the COM Advancement Team through alumni engagement and outreach
• Data analysis
• Donor relations and event planning
• Aids the executive director with special projects
• Supports the planning of the following College of Medicine events:
• Alumni Day
• Reunion activities
• White Coat/Stethoscope Picnic
• Regional alumni gatherings
• Scholarship receptions
• OU/TX engagement opportunities
• Stanton L. Young Master Teacher Dinner
• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, public relations or related degree, and at least one year of post-collegiate professional experience required
• Experience in a nonprofit environment, fundraising, customer service, event planning or sales, and familiarity with CRM (donor database) preferred
