Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience in nonprofit development operations required, with donor relations and/or communications experience helpful
  • A mission-driven mindset, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for relationship-building, combined with a familiarity with DLF’s mission and/or the field of mental health and wellness
  • Demonstrated skill and experience with gift processing, data entry, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency and skill with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) in a non-profit environment required, preferably at an administrator level with the experience generating reports and managing workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grant reporting and storytelling
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media management, digital marketing, or content development a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as the ability to learn new programs and skills as needed
