Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and reporting on analytics (Google Analytics).
• Collaborating with the team to implement technical solutions for customers.
• Testing and resolving issues (troubleshooting) in site functionality and software.
• Creating online surveys, forms, and digital products.
• Researching website hosting, email servers, and other platforms, preparing comparative evaluation proposals.
• Using Stripe as a payment platform (creating payment links, payment templates, and invoices).

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress and web development.
• Understanding of MySQL for database management and web application support.
• Experience with DNS records for mail server migration.
• Knowledge of AI solutions and digital tools.
