Responsibilities
- Daily: analyze incidents from the past 24 hours, work with other analysts to make data complete and accurate.
- Work with management and analysts to build metrics/reports, analyze the metrics, and share insights/findings/patterns.
Qualifications
- Understand an IT incident ticket, what is broken, resolution, relation to other incidents and problems (ability to learn quickly and retain).
- Ability to work with others to clean up data.
- Communicate clearly.
- Metrics experience: how to analyze data, find patterns, identify outliers, etc.
- PowerBI and/or Tableau experience needed
- ServiceNow experience nice to have
