Developer Marketing Manager

About the role

Meta is seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies that engage and grow the developer ecosystem across Meta's Reality Labs platforms. In this role, you will craft and execute marketing programs that help developers discover, adopt, and build with Meta's developer tools, APIs, and SDKs. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with developer audiences, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption across the full developer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs targeting developer audiences across Meta's Reality Labs platform ecosystem, including campaigns spanning developer documentation portals, community channels, and technical events
• Translate complex technical product capabilities — such as APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling — into clear, compelling messaging and content that resonates with software developers and technical decision-makers
• Partner with product, engineering, and developer relations teams to align marketing strategies with platform roadmaps and developer adoption goals
• Define and track key performance indicators for developer marketing programs, using data and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and inform future investment decisions
