Developer Marketing Manager
About the role
Meta is seeking an audience marketing manager to grow awareness, adoption, and sentiment of Meta’s AI solutions with developers across the ecosystem, including enterprises. The role requires experience building and executing marketing plans in the rapidly moving GenAI and LLM space, combining strong day‑to‑day operational execution with longer‑term strategic planning to make the Meta AI ecosystem successful.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the Meta AI platform marketing plan for enterprise developers.
- Deliver developer assets to drive awareness and adoption of Meta’s AI Solutions for developers.
- Oversee and manage creative, strategy, and operations agencies for strategy & design development, campaign production & implementation, and digital content production.
- Plan and execute developer events, digital campaigns, and other relevant activations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, brand, communications, legal, privacy, and others.
- Provide regular business and scorecard updates.
- Collaborate with developer relations, product, and content teams to create technical marketing assets such as tutorials, case studies, developer guides, and event content that accelerate platform adoption.
- Leverage AI‑integrated workflows to accelerate content development, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Communicate program performance, strategic recommendations, and developer insights to marketing leaders and cross‑functional partners through structured reporting and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology marketing or developer marketing.
- Marketing experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services in the GenAI space via impactful marketing activations.
- Experience working directly with developers (in a customer‑first way) across the ecosystem, including at tech companies, enterprise companies, and partners.
- Experience working in cross‑functional organizations, collaborating with creative, research, analytics, and digital marketing channel teams.
- Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build high‑quality campaign work.
- Experience in content and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking, with experience delivering high‑quality execution within a measurable, data‑driven framework.
- Interest in GenAI and active membership in the developer community in this space.
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).

Pay
$124,000 – $178,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
