About the role

Kentro is seeking an experienced Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions that support knowledge management, collaboration, and mission operations across the Special Operations enterprise.
  • Partner with Government stakeholders and technical personnel to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused capabilities that enhance information sharing, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and sustainment of enterprise solutions while supporting evolving mission requirements in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively within technical teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, Joint, or other complex federal environments.
  • Experience supporting Knowledge Management, Information Management, Digital Modernization, or related mission support initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise collaboration or information-sharing environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other iterative software development methodologies.
  • Relevant technical or professional certifications.
