Developer Job Responsibilities

- Provide application and environment support for document management systems such as IBM FileNet and Datacap. - Perform system build, configuration, and maintain detailed process documentation. - Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement performance improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues across environments. - Develop and document operational procedures for ongoing system support. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless system functionality and support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7–10 years of hands-on experience in document management technologies and application support. - Strong expertise in IBM FileNet and Datacap administration along with experience in AIX/Linux/Windows environments. - Proven ability to monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support enterprise application environments effectively.

Pay

$60.00 to $64.00 per hour
