Developer Advocate - Token Factory

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Advocate to help grow Token Factory, our high-performance inference platform designed for teams running real production AI workloads at scale. This role involves hands-on work with developers, helping them ship faster, cheaper, and more reliable AI products. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, build demos, run workshops, and gather feedback to improve the platform.

Responsibilities

• Help developers know, adopt, and use Token Factory for inference use cases.
• Build demos and examples that showcase performance, cost, and reliability tradeoffs.
• Run hands-on workshops and present at developer events and conferences.
• Gather direct feedback from builders and bring it back to product and engineering.
• Work with marketing to share real developer stories and use cases.

Requirements

A strong understanding of AI developers and building patterns, comfortable writing code, reviewing examples, and troubleshooting issues. Ability to explain complex systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Curiosity, practicality, and a passion for how developers actually work.

Qualifications

• Experience with inference platforms or model serving is a plus.
• Remote work capability from the United States.

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for AI.

Pay

Competitive salaries ranging from $150,000 to $187,500 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
