About the role
Routine work in the safekeeping of inmates in custody at the La Plata County Detention Facility. Protect, provide and maintain security; control and monitor movements; conduct searches; prepare, complete and maintain records and reports.
Requirements
- Must be age 18 or over
- High School diploma or GED
- No Colorado P.O.S.T certification required
- Must pass written test, physical assessment, oral board, psych exam, polygraph, and background investigation
