About the role

The role involves managing student behavior in educational settings, implementing discipline policies, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain classroom order.
• Implement and enforce school discipline policies.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to address student issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral intervention plans.
• Document incidents and communicate with relevant parties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of state and local laws regarding student discipline.
• Experience with behavior management techniques.
