Detailer (North Palm Beach)

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and successfully paint correct a vehicle without burning into paint or the help from manager
• General knowledge of different chemicals used in commercial detailing setting
• Clean interior and exterior windows to the cleanest potential
• Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle along with use of extractor
• Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
• Operate all tools in a safe manner, includes scrapers, DA, polisher, etc
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Use of online (phone app) tracking system to scan VIN numbers and enter type of details correctly

Requirements

• This is a working interview, in order to gauge level of knowledge and ability to process, plan and execute a job, first hand
• Experienced in proper detailing, paint correction, and extraction
• At least 3 year’s experience
• Able to pay attention to detail
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• General mechanical skills
• Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery
• Must have a solid form of transportation to/from work
