About the role

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of detailing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high quality service.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints establishing conclusions in a timely manner.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles.
• Use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform tasks including washing the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions, waxing and buffing vehicles, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, using air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces, applying preservation chemicals, and cleaning and removing grease from engines or engine compartments.
• May be required to use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
• Work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.
• Receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Distinguish small imperfections in work and that of other team members.
• Quality inspect work as well as that of other team members.
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our customers' time.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 or more years of detailing experience.
• Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly, work as part of a team, read and comprehend instructions, treat customers' personal vehicles with great care and respect, come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock, drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles, and be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
