Detail Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Deburring and polishing machines parts and assemblies including aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics.
• Inspect products and report any defects that occur from handling.
• Work directly with supervisors and leads to follow documented instructions.
• Operate and maintain detail and cleaning equipment.
• Measure and examine completed parts, detect defects, and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience detailing production parts and assemblies.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Maintain 5S working conditions.
• Understanding and comprehension of metal surface finishes.
