DESSERT CART

• Provide outstanding guest service in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Prepare customized dessert creations based on guest preferences while maintaining presentation standards.
• Aid guests with dessert selections, recommendations, and purchase options.
• Ensure the dessert cart is fully stocked with all necessary ingredients, toppings, utensils, napkins, serving supplies, and equipment before and during events.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the dessert cart at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness procedures.
• Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs in a timely manner.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Support overall Premium Service Department standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong guest service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a partner and as part of a larger Premium Service team.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift 30 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs., and move throughout the event as needed.
• Comfortable interacting directly with guests in a premium hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous food service, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible service certifications.
• Ability to work all Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
