About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new dessert recipes while mastering established favorites
• Bake high-volume desserts including cookies, cakes, pies, and more
• Participate in catered events to showcase new creations and support culinary innovation
• Collaborate with a world-class bakery team to refine techniques and develop menu items
• Take ownership of daily baking operations with guidance and mentorship from leadership

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Qualifications

• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate

Schedule

• Full-time hours with a 5am–7am start time, Monday through Friday
