Desktop Technician

This team supports 300+ locations and 5,000+ PCs across the country from an IT Center in Knoxville.

Responsibilities

• Imaging, deploying, and supporting both desktop and laptop computers
• Asset management of devices
• Final line of support for all technical issues, working as a team to resolve problems as they arise
• Responding in a timely manner to general incident tickets for end-user support issues related to:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Business applications
  • Hardware problems

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
