Desktop Systems Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining desktop systems infrastructure. Works closely with IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement desktop systems solutions
• Support end-users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of network administration
• Experience with virtualization technologies
