Desktop Support Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users through phone, remote, and onsite assistance.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, and peripheral issues.
- Support hardware deployments, upgrades, migrations, and workstation setups.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and performance issues.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within a ticket management system.
- Aid in printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Perform hardware installations, cable management, and workstation relocations as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting end-user technology needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting concepts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in various physical environments when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing and incident management processes.
- Experience with hardware deployments, imaging, device configurations, and user support.

We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide both onsite and remote technical support to end users. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
